UCO, when modernity meets tradition

From bouillabaisse to empanadas, UCO revisits classics to offer you simple yet innovative cuisine… for charming results.

Wood is everywhere, from the tables and chairs to the thick butcher block cutting boards on the walls, a surface that announces the sophisticated simplicity of UCO cooking. Dishes served mix colours, shapes and textures: empanadas with mint-basil pesto, 18-hour lamb shoulder with Curanto-style cooked vegetables, or black rice with cuttlefish ink and seafood. The menu is varied and at UCO, everything is homemade (and they tell you so): the trout from Patagonia is smoked on site, bread is prepared every morning and even the ice cream is made in house.
But what is a good meal without a great glass of wine? UCO offers you more than 350 wines and a team of sommeliers advises you which ones to pair with each specialty. The terrace in the back of the restaurant is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the Argentinean capital. A perfect setting to relish flavourful cooking while enjoying sheer moments of relaxation.
